| The Avalanche ESCAPE line of Airbags
differ from the VARIO Line in that the ESCAPE is a completely
self contained backpack. No need to buy additional covers for
the pack. Designed for mountain enthusiasts who know exactly how
much gear they will be packing - and therefore don't require the
versatility of the VARIO Line. |
| All of the ESCAPE packs come with the same
Protection System. Essentially, the main difference from pack to
pack is the size and number of the pack's additional gear
compartments. |

AA backpacks are
specialized high-quality products: professionally designed, with
high-quality materials and manufacturing that conforms to TÜV
standards. All AA backpacks have a uniform carrying system
designed for the high demands of an avalanche. The average tear
resistance is four times greater than those of traditional
backpacks. The models are optimized for different applications
through different pack volumes.
With the Escape line,
the complete AA system can be removed as needed - i.e., when
the backpack is worn out - and inserted into a new AA backpack.
